Which man sued Apple for using his name as a code name for an upcoming computer?

Apple began development of a new machine called the Power Mac 7100, a great computer of the early  90’s. Rightfully so, Apple engineers believed this would be the machine to make them “billions and billions” of dollars. The engineers then gave it a nickname after the man who was quoted saying “billions and billions,” Carl Sagan. Slowly, Mr. Sagan caught wind of the playful nickname of the upcoming Power Mac 7100 and sued Apple. He lost the battle and Apple kindly changed the nickname to “Butt Head Astronomer”, to which Sagan reacted with another lawsuit for Libel. He also lost that battle in court.
